Member's Guest Rules & Regulations

These rules govern the stay of a member's guest in the residential quarters of the Club.

1. If any member's guest desire to continue to occupy a suite / room / cottage for a period for more than 3 days, he should seek special permission in writing through the reception officer in this regard either from the member in charge of (Quarters) or from the Hon.Secretary stating that the circumstances and the reasons for such overstay.
2. A Guest who desires to stay more than 3 days has to pay rent for suite/cottage/room rent and from the 4th day onwards, the suite/cottage/room rent will have to be paid in advance. Any deviation of procedure will deprive the Member's Guest from the continued occupation of the suite / room. This has become necessary and essential, as it will enable the management in the proper upkeep and an effective purposeful functioning of the Residential Quarters of the Club.
3. In the case of Member's Guest, where charges to be collected, the service outlets will serve items only on Cash Payment (cost of item) as and when the menu is ordered, along with the Kitchen Order Ticket.
4. A Member's Guest cannot accommodate another Guest in his suite / cottage / room for overnight stay unless applied for in the original requisition for accommodation or under prior intimation to the Reception counter-in-charge.
5. A member's Guest shall not entertain any visitor/guest beyond 10.30 pm.
6. Guests occupying residential quarters shall produce proof of identity.
7. Misuse/abuse of suites/Cottages and rooms is strictly prohibited.

Affiliated Club Member Rules & Regulations

These rules govern the stay of an Affiliated Club Member in the residential quarters of the Club.

1. A Affiliated Club Member shall occupy a suite / room / cottage only after production of identification card from the respective reciprocating club. Such Affiliated club member will be eligible to occupy a room upto 3 days at a time and upto days in the aggregate in a calendar year.
2. No Affiliated Club Member is eligible for allotment of a suite/room/cottage to his family in his absence.
3. A Affiliated Club member before occupation of and using our club facilities is hereby informed that he will have to pay the suite / cottage / room rent in advance for the duration of his stay. The service outlets will serve item only on Cash Payment (cost of items) as and when the menu is ordered, along with the Kitchen Order Ticket.
4. Notice shall normally be given at least 12 hours in advance to the Reception Counter in charge if the member wants to vacate the suite / cottage / room.
5. A Affiliated Club Member shall not be permitted to extend beyond the Reception Counter-in-charge if the member wants to vacate the suite / cottage / room.
6. No Affiliated Club member occupying a suite/cottage/room can transfer it to another member. He has to give vacant possession of the suite/room to the Reception Counter-in-charge when he vacates.
7. A Affiliated Member cannot accommodate another Guest in his suite / cottage / room for overnight stay unless applied for in the original requisition for accommodation or under prior intimation to the Reception counter-in-charge.
8. A Affiliated member shall not entertain any visitor/guest beyond 10.30 pm.
9. A Affiliated member occupying residential quarters shall produce proof of identity.
10. Misuse / abuse of suites/Cottages and rooms is strictly prohibited.
